How NAL Software Solutions FZ-LLC handles information when you visit this website or contact us about a project.
Last updated: April 2026
In short: we don't run marketing trackers, don't sell data, and don't build profiles of you. The site is hosted on Vercel, which collects basic request logs for reliability and security. When you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
01Who we are
NAL Software Solutions FZ-LLC ("NAL", "we", "us", "our") operates this website. We are registered in the United Arab Emirates at Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. For privacy questions contact business@nalsoftwaresolutions.com.
For the purposes of GDPR and similar laws, NAL is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.
02Information we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the site and respond to inquiries:
- Contact information you send us. If you use the "Start a conversation" button or otherwise email us, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project.
- Technical request data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard request metadata: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and response status. This is used to serve the site, detect abuse, and diagnose errors.
- Aggregate usage metrics. We may review anonymized, aggregate analytics from Vercel (page views, country, device class) to understand traffic patterns. These metrics do not identify individual visitors.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, session replay, or fingerprinting on this site.
03How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss potential engagements
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Comply with legal obligations that apply to us
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.
04Legal bases (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — operating and securing the website, and responding to unsolicited inquiries you send us.
- Consent — where clearly requested (for example, if we introduce an optional newsletter).
- Contract — where processing is necessary to take pre-contract steps you request or to perform a signed engagement.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain certain records for tax, accounting, or compliance.
05Cookies and local storage
This website does not set marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies. Vercel may set strictly necessary cookies for basic site operation and security (for example, load balancing or bot mitigation). Your browser may also use its own local storage; we do not read or write our own local storage for tracking purposes.
06Service providers we use
We use a small number of third-party services to run the site. Each processes data only on our instructions or as described in their own policies:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery. Vercel may process standard request logs and basic analytics on our behalf. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Email providers. When you email us, your message travels through your email provider and ours (for example, Google Workspace) before reaching our inbox.
- Domain registrar and DNS. Standard DNS resolution happens through our registrar and Vercel's DNS.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
07International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and our providers (including Vercel) operate global infrastructure. This means your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — through our providers.
08How long we keep information
- Inquiries and emails — kept for as long as needed to follow up with you, and afterwards archived for a reasonable period (typically up to 24 months) unless we've entered into an engagement.
- Engagement records — kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by tax and commercial law afterwards.
- Server and request logs — retained by Vercel on our behalf for a short period (typically days to weeks) for security and diagnostics.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data we no longer need to keep
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a portable copy of data you provided
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these, email business@nalsoftwaresolutions.com. If you're in the EEA or UK and believe we haven't handled your data properly, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
10Security
We use standard measures to protect information — HTTPS across the site, access controls on email and project systems, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
11Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
